Our journey began when we, a group of friends who shared a love for all things cute and cuddly, realized that there were very few options for people like us who wanted high-quality, unique items that weren't sold in local stores or on mainstream websites. We knew that we had to take matters into our own hands and create a store that would cater to the needs of kawaii enthusiasts just like us. That's why we like to call ourselves and our clients bossgirls — because this is a place for entrepreneurship and charming innovation!

How does delivery work?

As soon as your order is placed, our team will immediately begin processing your order and getting it shipped out. All items will be dispatched within 36 hours. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please don't worry if the tracking number doesn't show an available package within the first 24 hours - the system can take a day or so to catch up.

You can expect to receive your order within 7-16 business days. If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us so we can follow it up with the shipping service. 

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes, we do! We are extremely confident you'll adore your purchase. However, if you do not find the product suitable for you we offer a return policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives without the bag, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

To start a return, you can contact us at hey@bossyhub.com. Please state your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item. 

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and you will then have to ship your product(s) to our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
